How to Get Your Website on Google

Ranked #11,661 in Internet, #414,262 overall

Low Page Ranking?

Is your website not showing up on the first page of Google search results? I am going to share with you the exact system I use to generate HUGE amounts of relevant traffic every day to my websites - and it will work for any kind of site you want to get massive amounts of traffic to (i.e. your website, an article you wrote, a squidoo lens, hubpage, etc). If you follow these 3 steps outlining EXACTLY how to get your website on google I guarantee you will see an increase in traffic to your site - but it will take some time and energy to get it done right.

The First Step: Provide Valuable Content

If you want to get a lot of traffic, you've got to provide content that a lot of people will want to read. There's just no other way around it. Is your site about something you are passionate about? Is it unique? Or are you just looking to make some quick extra bucks? The fact is, as long as you write good, quality content, people will flock to your site. If you feel like your website already offers value, or you know that it will in the near future, you are ready for the next step.

Second Step: Do Your Keyword Research

Ok, so you've picked a subject and you're ready to share all your unique information with the rest of the world. The next most important thing is keyword optimization. Do your research - choose keywords that are highly relevant to the content of your site, have high monthly search ratings, and relatively low competition. The longer the keyword the better, because it will be easier to rank #1 on google!

Here's the link to googles keyword tool. In my opinion the google keyword tool is the best and most accurate, but there are a few more free keyword tools if you just search around for a bit.

I always try to find a long-tail keyword with more than 500 searches/month, and less than 5,000 competing pages (when you search the phrase in quotes in google). However, some people look for a keyword with more than 5,000 searches/month, and less than 50,000 competing pages. Either way will work.

After you've chosen your keyword phrase, optimize a page on your website (usually an article) for that keyword. Use it for the title, introduction paragraph, somewhere in the middle, and at the end of your article. This way your webpage will be keyword optimized for the google spiders.

If you choose to skip keyword research, you will end up very disappointed. The only way to get your website discovered is to find those low-competition keywords that will get you to the top of google.

Third Step: Backlinks!

Even with a good quality website with optimized long-tail keywords, you still might not see the high rankings you're looking for in google. This is because websites that are linked to from lots of other websites are given a higher ranking than websites that have little or no incoming links. These are called backlinks, and are absolutely necessary if you want to rank high on google.

So how do you get backlinks? Commenting on forums and blogs leaving your link, answering question at Yahoo Answers, creating pages at Squidoo, Hubpages, etc, to give yourself incoming links all are great ways to quickly acquire relative backlinks. Article marketing is one of the very best ways to get an unlimited number of backlinks, which means you will be writing, writing, and more writing.

However - this process of creating backlinks through article marketing is long and tedious, and generally takes at least 1 year before you can see your hard work paying off! If you really want to get on the 1st page of google, in the top 1-3 spots, there is a way you can do it quickly AND easily. This is by joining an article submission service. There are tons of services you can join, buy by far the best one that will get you the most relevant links is Unique Article Wizard. This submission service will literally get you hundreds of backlinks within the first month, and thousands within 6 months - 1 year. Another one that I use regularly is calledSEO LinkVine. Linkvine works in a similar way but tends to take a little longer to aquire the same amount of links that Unique Article Wizard achieves.

Remember that you don't have to use an article submission service - but it will save you hundreds of hours worth of time you would have otherwise spent making tedious article re-writes, and able you to start making money from your campaigns almost instantly!
