The Endearment Stage

This is the stage that all marriages enter into. It is the easiest of all 3 stages and is usually the shortest of the 3 as well. In this stage you are willing to put your wife before everything else and you let her know daily how important she is to you. There is plenty of open communication and a good sexual relationship. This is the stage of untested love for one another and everything else is blinded by romance.

The Adjustment Stage

This is the stage where the honeymoon comes to an end. You are no longer in paradise and nothing is as perfect as it was in the endearment stage. The adjustment stage is the hardest of all 3 stages and will take a lot of work by both you and your wife for your marriage to survive. Every marriage goes into this stage and only a few of them make it out. You will start to feel a change in this stage and neither you or your wife may know what to do. This is where most couples either face and deal with their problems or they get a divorce.

The Commitment Stage

1) Learn to Communicate Effectively With Your Wife- Communication is one of the major problems in any type of relationship. People are afraid to tell their husbands and wives how they really feel because they feel like the other party will be mad at them or have feelings of disappointment. If you open up and let your wife know how you really feel and tell her about the problems and issues you are having with the marriage then you might be surprised to find that she will open up to you as well.

2) Pay Attention to Your Wife- Almost every man is guilty of not paying enough attention to their wife when she is talking about something that does not interest him. The thing is, women need far more attention than men do, and their feelings are easily hurt when they feel like you could care less about what they are talking about. In fact, if they know you are not going to pay attention to them then they might not say what they want to say and all lines of communication may shut down. Paying attention to your wife is something that is very important and something you should always do even if you are not interested in the things she is saying. 3) Think of Ways to Spice Up Your Relationship With Your Wife- When I say this I do not mean in the bedroom. Although, there are a few ways that you can spice up your sex life and make it as exciting as it was in the beginning. What I mean when I say spice things up is, take her out on dates.
