Feel tired at work and fell asleep because you always stay up so late at night watching TV show or playing computer game? First, ask yourself what time do you want to go to bed Stop the Activities That Will Distract You to Stay Up Late at Night
Relax yourself
Relax yourself by going out and take a walk around the neighborhood will make you feel sleepy at night. If your goal is to go to bed at 1:00 AM everyday then during the whole length of your walking session just keep on repeating to yourself, "I am in control of my own life. I refuse to let temptations take control of my life." Then you say, "I am the one that in control of what time I go to bed. I refuse to let temptations take control of what time I go to bed. I am going to wind down my day early and finish up everything that takes time at 10:00 PM daily, so I can go to bed early." Then you say, "I will prepare to close off the the activity that will distract me at at 12:00 AM everyday." After that, you can say, "I can go to bed at 1:00 AM everyday." keep on repeating these sentences. Then you should feel more motivated to head to bed at 1:00 AM everyday. Listen to peaceful music to relax your stress
Listening to relaxing music at night will make you feel sleepy at night. This will make you want to go to bed earlier. Here is a list of super relax music that I recommend.

- I find that consciously avoiding the activities that usually keep me up is the *best* way to get to sleep on time. It's very important to give yourself time to relax naturally before bedtime!

- Sleep is important. As reported by the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke, most adults need seven to eight hours of sleep each night. Are you getting that? It is proven that our bodies require sleep in the same way they it needs to eat, drink of breath. Healthy sleep habits promote physical health, longevity and emotional well-being. That's why you feel better after a good night sleep. I find the days I don't sleep well my judgment is poor, my mood is negative and ability to concentrate is weakened. Again, it's important. Studies have shown that those who do get the appropriate amount of sleep regularly live longer, healthier lives.

- This is a rly gud article but my problem is that my pal is away from all sorts of distraction and activity and he couldnot get sleep before 2pm if he doesnot take the sleeping pill and he is really depress...:-(..this problem is from the last 2 years and it started due to late night talks and some other issues but even after 2 years also(when there is no more night talk) he couldnt sleep before 2....and he is just 19 so i rly dont wanna take him sleeping pills..plz help me
