- One of the purposes humans grow so old is simply because our hormones reduce as we age. If you don't prefer living past 50-60, in that case then experiment with the body's hormones :)
Actually I might somewhat just use the extra time to get my muscle groups and whatnot the old-fashined way and be safe and sound. It's for you to decide wether to take supplements such as Sytropin......

- It's hard to grow taller naturally after puberty. The best bet is to use shoe lifts. I'm 24 and only 167cm, with shoe lifts I'm 174cm and look fine standing with other men.
