Wash Your SkinUse a washcloth and cleanser. Don't reuse your washcloth. A washcloth can breed bacteria so be sure to use a clean one every time you wash your face.
Oily Skin: Use a cleanser with salicylic acid to clean out the pores.
Dry Skin: Use a creamy cleanser to put moisture back in. Avoid rinsing with very hot water, it will dry you out even more.
Apply An Antioxidant Cream
Use a moisturizer with ingredients like soy, green tea or vitamin C.
Use an eye cream with caffeine and peptide if you have dark circles under your eyes. The caffeine will help to constrict blood vessels and peptide will help thicken the skin

- I really need to get better at following your advice on sunblock. I live in the desert and we risk sun damage all year.

- Exfoliation has definitely been the best thing for my skin as I near 40, and of course, staying out of the sun. I'm fair skinned and had a few severe sunburns as a kid (I think we all did in the 70's) and although I went through a brief tanning bed phase in my 20's I've pretty much kept my face out of the direct sun. (and do apply sunscreen when I am in the sun).
