CONSUMPTION OF CLAY WATERTHE CLAY'S EFFECT ON YOUR BODY :
Through it's absorbing power the clay destroys bacterias, binds on itself everything that is toxic, adds to your body what you lack of and absorbs everythig that is in surplus. In the case of inflammation, ulceration or gastric, clay works active since it removes all destroyed cells and accelerates their recovery, regulates metabolism and acts as promoter of many organs, improves the blood count, prevents colds, infections, etc. We recommend you to preventively drink clay 3 times a year, in order to prevent many of potential problems. WHEN WE DO NOT RECOMEND CLAY CONSUMPTION
During chemotherapy, when we take antibiotics, the first four months of pregnancy and after the childbirth, for first 7 months if you are breast-feeding and children under 5 years of age.

If you have any of above listed diseases, you can consume clay water for 21 days - every other day, followed by one week rest period and then you can drink clay every day for 21 days. You can drink clay water for several months, with interim weekly breaks. For further use please consult us on the phone No.: 00 386 41 44 33 09. The average daily dose for adults is one teaspoon, for 5 - 10 year old children half of teaspoon. Never consume more then recommended, not for adults or for children.
PREPARATION
Put one teaspoon of clay into a glass, pour it with 1.5 dcl of water and mix it, then cover it and let it stand overnight. In the morning do not shake the mixture, drink only water and leave the clay sediment in the glass. Throw away the clay sediment. If you take any pills never drink clay water and pills at the same time, you should take them with one hour inbetween. It is not necessary to drink clay water on an empty stomach, you can drink it even before the main meal or in the evening, depending on the problem that plagues you.
-If you drink clay water preventively, we recommend that you drink it on an empty stomach.
-Chronic constipation: drink it in the evening and twice a week before the main meal, prepare clay water, mix it and drink it.
-Stomach problems: drink it before the main meal.
-If you have thyroid problems drink clay water in the evening.
Healing clay products
Powder Clay
Due to its physical structure, clay has great powers to absorb anything that is bad for our organism.To prepare powder clay put clay into an earthenware pot and add some water with cider vinegar (in the proportion 1:1), then mix it until you get a dough-like mixture. Form small loafs with a half of a centimetre in width. Put the loaves on an injured or infected area (beneath it you can place a layer of gauze). Leave compresses on the body for a few hours or for the whole night, if you have placed them on your body in the evening.
ClayMost frequently, clay compresses are used once a day. In severe cases, they may be used more times a day. Each time, place a freshly prepared or new compress on an injured or infected area, since individual compresses may be used only once.
Use warm compresses to treat rheumatism and digestive disorders, and cold compresses to treat swellings, injuries, headaches, varicose veins and heart disorders.

How to lose Cellulite with clay
The process begins with soap. It is recommended to use natural ivy-clay or carrot soap. Rub the soap into your skin for approximately 3 minutes and then wash your skin with hot water in order to open pores and then gently wipe yourself. Prepare clay pack size approximately 20x20 cm and 3-4 cm thick, cover it with a cotton cloth and leave it work for 4 hours. Do not grease the whole leg, but choose a different body part every day, because the clay works even on parts that you didn't cover with packs, since clay has the ability to absorbs substances from the whole body. After you remove the clay pack it is recomended to grease with ivy cream, argan oil or BOLUS ointment. Repeat this procedure every day for 30 days.Do not use foil or polyvinyl.

How to use:
Rub the BOLUS ointment in your skin with light circular motions for 2 to 3 minutes. You can use itevery day or even several times a day.

Clay packs
Clay packs have strong draining impact and they withdraw toxic substances from your body. If you have decided to use clay packs, be disciplined and do not stop with the treatment, not even temporarily, because the clay is very active and induces processes that have chain reaction throughout your body. The therapy should last at least 20 days or longer, depending on your problem.PACKS - PATTENTIVE HANDLING: HEAD, STOMACH, KIDNEY, THYROID
Always start your treatment with smaller and short lasting packs: pack should be 1 cm thick and you should leave it work for only an hour. If after one week treatment you don't have reactions and your body tolerates clay well, you can use the following week 2 cm thick packs (2-3 cooking ladle of clay) and extend duration up to 4 hours (max). Repeat the treatment for at least 20 days or until you improve or elimination you problem. You may use clay packs for several months, there is no limit. If the clay dries during the treatment, remove it no matter how long you did the treatment. Also remove the clay if you develop severe pain. Repeat the treatment the next day - covering the affected area with clay packs. Given how much the clay is effective and what reactions it provokes we must not use at the same time clay packs on several important organs. You should also take under consideration the body's resistance of the patient, so he/she won't be too tired because of too frequent clay packs treatments.
IMPORTANT ORGANS: liver, kidneys, gall, lungs.
You can have at the same time only 3 clay packs on your body.
Example: you can have one clay pack on your liver, put the other two clay packs on your knee or arm.
CLAY PACKS USED ON YOUR LIMBS AND INJURIES
You can immediately start with thicker clay packs: prepare a piece of fabric made of natural fibers (cotton, flax, linen, gauze, ...) size approximately 20 x 15 cm. Apply 3-4 tablespoons of clay on the fabric and put it on the painful area, gently wrap it with a bandage. Leave it for no more than 3-4 hours. Remove the clay if you develop severe pain and repeat the treatment the next day. If the clay dries during the treatment, remove it no matter how long you did the treatment. With injuries there are sometimes enough 5-10 clay packs treatments, when treating disease in your extremities it takes sometimes up to 3 months, depending on the individual.
THE CLAY TEMPERATURE
The clay can be used cold, warm or hot, depending on the case. Warm clay can be used for bone tissue regeneration, kidneys, bladder, lungs, abdomen and chest. In the case of inflammation and swelling the clay sould be used cold.
HEATHING THE CLAY
Put the jar with clay in much bigger container. Pour water into container, so that it is at least half full. Place the container with jar and water in it on the fire and allow it to reach the desiredtemperature of 50-60 ° C, then immediately remove it from heat. Heat only as much clay as needed for one coating. Clay should not be heated twice.

Clay oinment
It is used to remove pimples, acne, psoriasis, eczema, warts stemware, corns, against burns, various bites and as a cleaning mask. Never apply clay ointment to moles!PROCEDURE - getting rid of acne - in the evening
Clean your skin and put the clay ointment on your face as a mask (0,5 cm thick). Allow it to dry for 20 minutes and then gently remove the clay with your fingers. Your skin should remain gray because of the clay, don't remove this until next morning. Use only water. Repeat this procedure every day for at least 2 weeks or longer. Use these procedure also for other problems. It is likely that at the beginning of procedure even more acne will appear, but this deterioration is a sign that the clay works. After the first days pimples will start to heal. You can also use clay ointment for healing psoriasis. The procedure is exactly the same as for acne, with psoriasis you must also put on juniper oil or BOLUS ointment in the morning.
