"Live your own life - only better" (Elisabeth Wilson)

Probably many books did touch my life, having contribution on what i am now. But the first book which made me conscious about having influence on me is "Slow Down-Enjoy Life and Live Longer" of Elisabeth Wilson.
Stressed, unhappy and never content - reading this book, i just understood the concept, before i acted as she is advising - maybe a fortunate broken leg helped me - i even forgot the text, the book went away somewhere on the shelves, but i am smiling today and find the beauty in so many moments of my life. Well, retiring probably helped a lot.
This book is a manual for healthy lifestyle, today's fashionable concept, and anybody would read it, would improve his/her own life. And who can tell, there is no room for this?

Slow down

Find some time for you

slow down, take control of your lifeMaybe this book is not the writer's best book, especially because since this one came out, she wrote so many . But it is my favorite and i will show you some bits of her brilliant ideas, and you can judge for yourself, if it is better to read a book from Elisabeth Wilson or to pay those "lifestyle couches" so popular today among the celebs.

She is telling "You love your life - and it would be just great if only it were less frantic."
Mind willing but not sure you really can make the changes necessay? Tried to slow down but always failed in the past? Take the quiz - it can be a shock to realize just how pressurized our life have got. And terrific motivation for doing something about it.
