Learning to communicate
I'm going to just cut to the chase here, and get down to THE MOST important communication skill................... listening. The better listener you are, the better you are going to communicate with those around you.
However, it's important to not only listen to the words that someone is saying, but, listening to their tone, and their body language as well. You see, people don't always lay it on the line. They don't always say what they are actually thinking, but, the body doesn't lie! So, learning to listen and obvserve everything about what someone is telling you can be the key to learning communication, and becoming a MASTER at it!
