How to increase number of your twitter followers

Here is list with things in which I explained what I do to get a lot of twitter followers on my twitter profiles:

I first post on my twitter profile some interesting tweets (containing interesting and usefull tips, tricks, links) - I do this to make my twitter profile more interesting to visitors. On my twitter profile I also have filled out my 'bio' or description field - this draws more back follows.
