I didn't realise there was so much to dreams and their meanings, I think I will start a dream log now! Fascinating lens!

This was sure an interesting read. I usually don't remember my dreams but will certainly try to take more notice.

Love trying to interpret my dreams -- when I can remember them!

Not sure what they're telling me because I can hardly ever remember them! This is an interesting idea. Congratulations on becoming a Squid Angel! This lens is blessed.

Often when I have a vivid dream, it takes place in the house (and its yard) that I lived in from about age 4 until age 12. I guess those were formative years. Kava tea seems to encourage vivid dreaming for me. (I have "Sha-Boom Sha-Boom" stuck in my head now!) :)

If I have troubling dreams then I can usually interpret them - but if I have nice dreams then it is more difficult!

I have to admit that I have trouble remembering my dreams. I agree with you that it would be pretty insightful if I could remember them.

I had a friend (she passed away four years ago) and she was wanting to write a book about dreams. She actually taught mini classes. I think dreams are very important messages for us. I know I should write my dreams more than I do, but I do try to pay close attention to what they are saying to me. Very good subject!!

Kate this is awesome! For many years I could not remember any of my dreams except a couple of recurring nightmares. I've been studying some of Jamie Sams work and as I've followed her suggestions to connect to the Dream Weave...I'm starting to remember at least snippets of my dreams. I hadn't thought about recording them...great idea.

P.S. What I found was that sometimes negative energy blocks are what causes a person to not remember their dream. As I let go of the negative energy from some traumas, I'm working through this.
