Learn How To Jump In Basketball with :
Deep Knee Bends - 10-15 as a starting point

Toe Raises - 30 as a starting point
Like a ballerina stand up on your toes but be careful not to rock up and down. The idea
is to slowly go up and slowly release back down. Increase by 10 at a time when
comfortable.

Tip: If you have any sort of weights try holding them while doing the toes raises, it will help heaps. Small weights are sufficient.

Stomach Crunches - 25 as a starting point
If you do them correctly and many don't, 25 crunches will be plenty to start with. Start
by lying down and with your hands beside your ears (not behind your head or holding
your ears) and gently lift your shoulders off the ground. You don't need to go far before
you will feel it. A good stomach crunch you don't need to go far just get the shoulders
off the ground. Increase by 10 when comfortable. Do these morning and night.
