- I've never seen one that was more than 10 years, I think it would need to be a really huge book! Luckily the covers explain what years the books covers so its easy to keep track.

- OMG, I simply cannot fathom looking back, in a 10-year journal, to all those previous years. If every 7 years, our bodies completely change, I would opt for a max of 7 years!
