    I think thatthese diets areamazing,andi wish i could just melt all of the fat away,but thats not possible.(sadly!).im bad at theexcersice part,but with this i cantake it more seriously and get a move on!

    Good stuff. But I think we need more will power and self descipline to achieve our goal. I suggest also to stick on rice-less diet. Eating oatmeal or bread intead prevents food craving. Thanks a lot.
