I don't know about you but I reckon I've tried nearly every diet under the sun to try to lose my lower stomach fat.

I've tried...

    *Low Carb Diets like the Atkins diet, way to strict for me and I was not able to keep it up.

    *Starvation Diets such as the cabbage diet and the vegetable soup diet, lost weight initally but was water. Could not keep it up and put all the weight back on plus some.

    *Prepackaged Diets, such as Jenny Craig, Lite n Easy, Tony Ferguson shakes. These are all expensive and hard to fit in around a family
