how to lose weight by exercising. Continued.....
One simple fact or pattern we can determine here is that exercising in order to lose weight is a physical activity we must undertake,
but more importantly, we can also see that it is a steady process.
Let me explain:
You are better of exercising for a small fraction of time per day, everyday, than exercising for a large portion of time, but then, say, once a month.
Which simply means, a change of lifestyle.
If you happen to find yourself in need of fat or weightloss, then it's simply because you are living the wrong lifestyle. Period.
All you simply need is more activity per day, at least every two days.
You will probably need some traditional exercise like cardio, or simply going to the gym, or taking a run in the park every few days,
but the most important thing here is how you spend the rest of your day, because every tiny physical activity really counts.
Let me explain:
If you are reading this, then i suppose you are not a go-go girl, not a nomad, and probably over the age of seven.
Why? Beacause these are groups of people who generally live active (physically) lives.
So, you are much better off changing your daily activities, when it comes to weightloss and fatburning.
I am not saying you must become primitive or go back to the stone age, but you must have to give up
some, or as many as you can, of those duties, chores, activities or whatever in your life, that has been taken over by machines or automation.

Some examples of physical activities to increase calorie burning:
- If your job or school is not very far away, then use a bicycle or walk.
- Do yourself a favor, and stop using the dish-washer.
- Sell your game console on eBay, and go register at your local sports-center
- Skip your favourite TV show for a walk in the park (no pain, no gain)
- Trade that romantic restaurant dinner, for a bar or club where you can dance to your fill.
- Talk as much as you can, but please responsibly.
