Chances are the only food left in your cabinets and refrigerator are natural fruits & vegetables and meats!

- I'm trying so hard to eat healthier, but all the "stuff" is so confusing to me. I've been eating alot of Special K and Slimfast - I guess those aren't so good for me if I'm understanding correctly. Thanks for your help! =D *Angel Blessed*
