In this modern world, where we follow a fast diet of less nutrition value, we gain weight and lose our body shape. Morning, when you start your day, take in one tumbler full of cool water. It should be had even before taking your tea as soon as you get up from your bed. This will lubricate your body and makes your organs to release digestive juices and secretions in culminating the food molecules present. Take a glass of water before you start eating. This will give you a full feeling and prevents you from stuffing the stomach with bulk of foods.

Eating Habits 

Take food only when you feel the hunger. Only then, all the digestive mechanisms will go all guns blazing as soon as you intake any food. The parties are the main reason where we succumb to over eating. We waste all our time and preparation towards losing weight in just one meal of the party. Just for manners, bit the foods and keep off from eating them. Do not crave to eat snacks in between your meals. All the junk foods are of high calories and do not fill the stomach also. It is better to avoid them.

Food Components 

Approximately half of your diet should comprise of carbohydrates content. Carbohydrates are the source of energy and they should not be avoided. It is a myth that people avoid carbohydrates. About thirty percent of your diet should be proteins. The proteins are the building blocks that develop your immune system too. Fats should be only fifteen percent of your diet and this should be kept at this level.

Juice and Beverages 

The processed juices in the cans should be completely avoided. The sodas should be kept off from your sight. If you cannot control your craving, then go for diet sodas. Eat fresh fruits instead of the fruit juices. But fruit juices are better compared to the flavored juices. Eat fruits that are rich in water like that of water melons and tomatoes. Tea and coffee are not a problem at all. Prefer tea instead of taking coffee because the caffeine in coffee is not good for health. Alcohol beverages should be completely avoided to lose weight. Alcohol though may not make you fat, but will take you out of control in consuming foods. Beer should be fully restricted.
