Why some exercises burn fat
1.) The exercises don't involve the entire body, and all your muscle groups. Concentrated exercises like weight lifting don't use all of your muscles, there fore don't contribute to over all fat burning.
2.) They aren't long duration cardio activities. Shorter bursts of strength and speed uses sugar for energy, rather then burning fat supplies.
