How To Lose Weight Without Exercise

Since January 2007, I am working in a call center. It is a 24x7 work environment.Hence I hardly find any time for regular exercise. Due to change in life style, I gained 20 lbs in first six months after I started working. In July 2007 doctor told me that I have been suffering from metabolic syndrome. Since then there is only one thing on my mind and that is how to lose weight without exercise.
Problem And A Solution

After thinking about how to lose weight without exercise for about two weeks I realized that to lose weight dieting is must. It is the only way to cut down on the calories. So I started dieting from the first week of August 2007. I stopped eating sweet and fried stuff. I had to give up eating pizzas and chocolates. I also stopped eating during the night shifts.
But by the end August I got sick of dieting. I had developed uncontrolled craving for sweet and fried food. In the first week of September 2007 I gave up dieting. But after I gave up dieting I started eating like a hungry tiger and by end September I put on 5 lbs more. Day by day I was getting worried about the weight gain. I just did not know what to do.
Then in the month of October, I met Mr. Jayant Mehta on a train to Goa. Mr. Mehta told me that once he was also fat and overweight. But during last one year he had managed to lose 35 lbs. So I asked him how did he manage to lose 35 lbs in one year. I also asked him about the exercises he did. He shook his head and told me that he had managed to lose weight without doing any special exercise.
He told me that to lose weight, dieting is must as it is the only way to cut down the calories. I told him that I tried dieting some time back but found it very difficult and had to give up.
After listening to me Mr. Mehta thought for a while and then told me to consider a diet program designed by professionals to suit my personal likes and dislikes. When I asked him where could I find such a diet program, he recommended diet.com. Mr. Mehta also told me to start taking some fat binder pills to get rid of extra fat. When I asked him name of the pills to take, he suggested Proactol
After I came home from Goa I logged on to internet and surfed to diet.com. I opted for a premium membership as personality type diet program which is customized for individual needs is available only for premium members. Being a premium member I could also discuss my problems with Dr. Kushner, who is dietitian. To get the diet plan which fits my likes and dislikes I had to give a personality test at diet.com. I also purchased a box of Proactol pills online as it is available without prescription. Fat binder Proactol pills are must to get rid of extra fat.
Since October 2007, I have been strictly following the diet plan I received at diet.com and also taking the daily dose of Proactol pills.
After following this plan fo six months I was able to get rid of 14.5 lbs by the end of April 2008. With this plan I no longer experience craving for sweets and fried stuff.
Finally in the last three months I was able to shed another 6 lbs. Great isn't it?
At present my weight is 164 pounds. In another two three months I should be able to lose another 4 lbs and be back at 160 lbs which is ideal weight for my height which is 5ft 8inches.
If it wasn't for Mr. Mehta, I would have had to leave my job in call center.
