The issue of weight loss for teenage girls can be quite a difficult one to deal with. Weight issues are very common in teenage girls for many reasons. Some girls are over weight but there are also so many girls that are anorexic due to under eating and malnutrition.

Before I continue with this article you have to ask yourself if you are really over weight or if you are bordering on an eating disorder. This is very important as in today's society there is a lot of pressure put on girls to be thin.

With that said I will now teach you about some of the different tricks for weight loss for teenage girls.

Exercise - Weight Loss for Teenage Girls
Do you find when you exercise to try to burn the calories that you are doing hours of cardio but getting very little reward in weight loss. Did you know that doing shorter bursts of intense cardio training is better than jogging at a steady pace for one hour or more.

For example
Sprint at full speed for 10 seconds, followed by 20 seconds of walking at a slow but steady pace. Repeat this step 10-20 times depending on your fitness level and you will see not only your weight decrease at a massive rate but you will also get extremely fit in a matter of about 10 days.

This method is also know as High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and is used by personal trainers all over the world including for Hollywood actors needing to tone up for a role they might be playing.

Diet is important but fad diets do not work in the long run. If you want to lose wight and keep it off then you must eat the foods that you enjoy eating or else you will not continue with the diet. You know this makes sense when you think about it.
