Why Make Cakes ?

Making Cakes are one of my favorite hobbies ever. I enjoy it so much. You can make all sorts of designs with various different tastes. However my all time favorite cake would have to be The Chocolate Cake. Check out this tutorial on how to make one. GOOD LUCK !!!

Directions

Making Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
3 ounces of chopped chocolate
1 1/4 cups of milk
1 sticks of butter
1 cup of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 cups of all purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 teaspoons baking power

Total Time - 50 Minutes

Method

1) Firstly you should preheat your oven to roughly 350 degrees and additionally you should grease two 9" cake pans. You must cut some wax paper to fit in the bottom of each pan so that it doesn't stick. And lightly grease the wax paper and sprinkle flour on the pan.

2) Now you should melt your 3 ounces of chocolate. You can melt it in a small pan on top of your cooker on low heat. You should stir every so often until it has totally melted. Now you want to use a mixer and beat your butter.

3) While beating the butter you should constantly add your sugar. Separate your egg yolks and whites. Now add the yolks, chocolate and vanilla. You should mix until it has a smooth consistency and no longer.

4) In a separate bowl you should mix your flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Now add the nicely prepared chocolate mix. You should add a little flour, then a little milk. Keep adding a little of each.

5) Now you should whisk your egg whites until they form a peak and fold them by hand and place in the batter.

6) Gently mix the batter by hand and put it in your pans. Cook for roughly 35 minutes until it goes brown
