HOW TO MAKE SOME EGG APPETIZERS

Prep Time: 10 mins.
Total Time: 20 mins.
Easy to prepare and cheap, too!
Ingredients:
10 Hard boiled eggs
Mayonaisse
Gherkins
Salt and Pepper
Bell red pepper powder (Paprika)
Parsley to decorate
Worcester sauce
Instructions:
Cut the hard boiled eggs in halves. Take the egg yolks and put it in a small bowl. Crush the boiled egg yolks and mix with salt, Worcester sauce, Mayonaisse and scoop it back to the egg -halves. Make sure that the egg-halves can stand up whereby you have to cut a little bit of the side and flatten to make it stand.. Put a pinch of black pepper on each egg-half and sprinkle a little bit of paprika, too. Decorate with sliced gherkins and parsley leaves or sliced cherry tomatoes. They are ready to eat.
Can be eaten with bread especially Baguette. Slice Baguette half-an-inch from end to end, half-way and bake it until brown. Make a paste of butter, minced herbs and pressed garlic and spread it on slices of fresh baked Baguette. Mmmmmh...Delicious!. Mama Mia! In Europe, eggs are sold in baker's dozen. Do you know how many eggs are in a dozen?

- Had to come back and check your recipe...Mom always put paprika on her deviled egg appetizers too...makes me think of home...adding a little angel dust to the recipe for the sweet memory.

- My brain is having a slow start this morning...just couldn't remember what 'gherkins' are and finally thought of the possibilities...PICKLES, of course! I love deviled eggs and now want some, they would be great just to have on hand in the morning for a quick and tasty blast of protein to start the day!
