How to Make Free Money Online

A direct answer to the last question is yes, but it doesn't have to be in form of cash. It takes time and effort, and time is more precious than money, isn't it?.

I have been doing it for over 5 years now. I tested different systems, some use only free resources and some involve serious investing. Currently my income is mainly from investing in what works, and I still have free money makers on the side. In this lens I'll share one of them with you.

In the following paragraphs I'll give you a simple easy to follow scheme. It is about affiliate marketing the right way: building niche lists while making money with affiliate marketing. You can read more list building specific information in this lense.

1. Find a niche that you are interested in.
2. Write a series of emails rich in information about a very specific part of this niche.
3. Get an autoresponder and load your email series.
4. Get an opt in form from your autoresponder.
5. Build a page in which you'll give away this email series and request a first name and an email address.
6. Put a "pay per lead" offer related to your niche in your "thank you" page (the page which your subscribers will go to after they opt in).
7. Send your subscribers to a one time offer after they confirm their email address (could be your affiliate link to a "pay per sale" offer directly related to your niche).
8. The money maker is ready. Just drag traffic to your lead capture page and you're almost done.
9. From time to time (maybe once a week) find a good offer from your affiliate network that you think will help your subscribers, review it on your website (include your affiliate link), and send an email to your list to go to that review.

If you are going to follow my scheme (outlined above) you'll need some basic tools that will make you free money online. You'll first need a web hosting, an autoresponder, an affiliate network account, a web site builder (also called "html editor software"), and an FTP software to load your website to your hosting account.

Although you can start all of the above tools for a very decent amount of money (around $20 total), still you can get functional equivalents for free. You can get a free web hosting from 50webs.com, an html editor from "Nvu", an FTP software from FileZilla, and an affiliate network like never blue. The only thing you need to pay for is the autoresponder because this is your asset. You can get a decent one for under $10/month (which is the cheapest ever) from iContact, but you don't have to pay for the first month, so it's still free.

CAUTION: 99.9% of the time a free service is unreliable because they are not making money, so there is no reason for them continue providing the free service. Imagine you build a website and start making money out of it and you wake up one day to find the your hosting company disappeared with your site. Or your free autoresponder disappears with your list. And you don't need to imagine because I can tell you how it is. It's like losing your job without the 2 weeks notice in the middle of summer.

By all means, if you can afford an unlimited hosting for $1.99/month don't go for the free options.

Now that you have the system ready, how much money can you make with it? The main factor that determines the amount of money you can make is the number of people who will get to the door, which is your lead capture page.

Remember when I said "find a niche you are interested in"? This is how you'll get people to see your lead capture page.

Since you are interested in this niche, you'll have a strong background in this particular niche. Hence, you can actively participate in communities interested in this niche. And what is the best place to hang around with people interested in your niche? You got it ... forums.

To get high traffic search Google for keywords related to your Niche. From the organic search results find the forum posts that showed up. Register to those forums.

Another way is to search Alexa for the top ranking forums related to your niche and register to the top 10.

But DON'T Spam the Forums

To get decent and targeted traffic to your lead capture page you'll need to actively participate in the discussions on those forums. In your signature you'll say something like: "Here is How to Make Free Money Online" and hyperlink it to your lead capture page. When people read your posts about this particular issue and find useful information they'll want to know more by going to your website where you promise more information. This is the highest quality of web site visitors you can ever get.

The more people to see your signature the more money you'll make.

It depends on how you use the above system. If you pick a legit niche to begin with, provide real value in your email series, pick legit offers for the "thank you" and "one time offer" pages as well as the review pages you're in a good shape.

If on the other hand you pick an offer that is known to be a scam, or in the gray zone, you could find yourself in the black lists of some authority sites like Google.
