Microwave Chocolate Chip Cookies

From Cooks.com

Ingredients:
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup dark brown sugar, packed
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 ½ cup Bisquick
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- ¼ cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Put the vegetable oil in a bowl, and stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Blend this until it is lump-free. Next, stir in the Bisquick mix. When this is thoroughly blended, fold in your chocolate chips and gourmet nuts. Drop the cookies onto a microwavable dish (make them smaller than you would for a conventional oven). Each microwave cooks differently, but in general, it takes about 2-4 minutes on medium setting.

This recipe calls for the microwave - but not to bake the gourmet cookies.

Ingredients:
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 2 cups sugar
- ½ cup cocoa
- ½ milk
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups quick oats

Directions:
Start by placing the butter into a microwavable bowl and melting it (usually about 45 seconds on high). To the melted butter, add the sugar, cocoa, and milk. Stir this well and then microwave it for about four minutes on high. Remove, stir it well, and put it back in for one more minute.

Next, add the peanut butter, vanilla, and quick oats. Stir well. This is your dough. Now all you have to do is cover a cookie sheet with wax paper, and drop dough by the spoonful onto the sheet. Let these cool completely - you can put them in the refrigerator to help them along). When they are firm, they are ready.
