Nothing like a cool treat on a hot day (to tell the truth, I like them in winter too). Let me know if you try one and how it went for you!

    I cheat by using Instant Breakfast, a flavor powder, some Splenda, yogurt, ice and milk... if I have any fruit and/or veggies I toss them in and I have been know to use a bit of jam or preserves for flavoring. I am at my lowest weight in over 20 years and I largely attribute that to these smoothies in the morning.

    Congrats on your Purple Star and for the delicious recipes. I would love to have one of these Magic Bullets. My son bought this for his gf for Christmas and I forgot to ask him how she likes it! Looks really great for individual servings! :)

    This really looks like a neat gadget. I watched the video and can see why you finally folded! The omelet and the muffins sort of reeled me in. I think I'll ask Santa for one :-).

    My mom gave me a Magic Bullet for Christmas. It comes in handy for lots of things. Thanks for all the great smoothie recipes!
