What You'll Need to Make Turkey Oreos
Turkey oreo recipe ingredients
- Oreo cookies. You can also use double stuffed Oreos. (Duplex cookies are okay to use too).
- Candy Corn (for the feathers and beak)
- Whoppers (for the head)
- Chocolate frosting (to hold everything together!)
- Yellow frosting (to make the feet)
- Sprinkles (to make the eyes)
How to make Turkey Oreos

1. Turn an Oreo sideways so you can see the white cream filling. Run a strip of chocolate icing along this part of the cookie.
2. Stick about 5 "feathers" or candy corn in the icing. Remember, you're not putting feathers around the whole perimeter of the cookie, just the top half.
3. Take another cookie and lay it flat. Stick the two cookies together with chocolate icing. (They'll look like open clam shells). The candy corn part will be facing up.
4. Take a round peanut butter cup and cut on side slightly so that it will fit flat against the cookie. Use frosting to stick the peanut butter cup to the Oreo.
5. Use frosting to stick a Whopper above the peanut butter cup. This will be the Turkey head.
6. Cut a piece of candy corn to make a beak. Stick this to the whopper with chocolate icing.
7. Draw feet and eyes with yellow icing in a tube.
8. Make the center of the eyes with a chocolate sprinkle
9. Make a wattle (red thing under turkey's neck) with red frosting, or a piece of Twizzler candy.

This is a variation on the Oreo turkey above. This 'recipe' only uses one Oreo cookie. For the feet, use M&M's. Yellow or orange works well.
