To make yourself taller you must practice the stretching exercise like swimming and cycling.A lot of people hate to do the exercise because they don't have a time or, this exercise just make their tired without any result in the end.

For example swimming. Yes! everybody love the beach and the swimming pool. Swimming is the one of stretching exercises which can help our bone grow naturally.

You can try cycling with your family or to your workplace while getting your growth hormones stimulates by this simple exercise. It so easy to get healthy and taller on same time right?

Get A Good Rest

Finally the third tips, which so important you must know. Sleep for 8hour at night. Why I said at night? Because according to the study of the researcher, sleep at night and sleep on daylight was very different. Our body produces more growth hormones at night. But you must make sure you got a good sleep with the right posture to be able to get taller. It means the more you get the right amount of comfortable, undisturbed sleep to allow your body to rest, heal from the exercise, the more you begin to grow.
