Easy and Natural ways to Treat Eczema

I have had severe eczema since I can remember and have gone through all the easy and natural ways to treat eczema, from bathing in my own urine when I was a baby to taking 6 steroids pills a day when it got as bad as it did.

I woke up one morning at a friends house with my bedsheets covered in blood, I was embarrassed and the more it happened the worse I got. I lost my confidence, my friends took the mick and i generally wasn't happy.

I tried everything in the book from tanning salons to salted baths to wearing oven mits at night. But nothing seemed to work. I was up late one night searching through articles on the Internet that had natural remedies that i hadn't tried and one thing caught my eye and the more i read the more fascinated i became. I came across a book by Janet Simpson about naturally curing eczema PERMANENTLY.

The book promises you it will eradicate eczema in 14 days which is exactly what it did for me. It takes you through easy to follow steps that are done without any steroids or other ridiculous methods. to find out more click on the link below.

What Natural ways have YOU tried?

A few simple tips

I have tried many natural tips that some seem to work and others are just rubbish. The most effective ones I found are:

1. Not showering for too long: The more you wash the more your natural oils will be left down the plug. One of the courses of eczema is the oil glands found beneath the skin. People with eczema do not produce as much natural oil to moisturise the skin, resulting in dry itchy skin.

2. Sunlight: I don't know about you but I love been in the sun. It makes me feel good and my skin look great. I've always found that natural sunlight has always managed to make my skin look almost normal. Although always be careful and wear lotion.

3. A Healthy Diet: After a day of non-stop burgers and pizza i can honestly say i can feel myself scratching more and night. Take some exercise and eat healthily.

4. Allergies: I'm allergic to cats and I find when i'm around a house with cats it can set my eczema off. If you have any allergies try your hardest to stay away.

5. Drink water: Make sure you are always drinking a lot of water to keep your body and skin hydrated throughout the day.

6. Stress: I find when i'm stressed or frustrated my skin starts to flare-up so when you start to feel stressed or frustrated try to relax and take a deep breath.

7. Frozen Peas: When i fell a flare up coming on i would usually take something from the freezer and rest it on the effected part of the skin. This will relieve the urge to scratch.

There are many more ways to naturally help eczema find the one that suits you best. But still the one that really worked for me was Janet Simpsons' 14 day guide which will tell you everything you need to know.

Steroids. Should I use them?

what I think.

Luckily i hope i will never have to bother with steroids again after following Janet Simpsons tips. But i can never be too sure. I've got to the point in the past where there was not one part of my body that wasn't red, scabbed or flared up.

One time i was sleping in the same bed as a girl. In the morning I woke to her asking me if I had been to the beech recently as the bed felt like it was covered in sand, which happened to be dead skin particles. luckily I live near the sea so I lied.

In these situations I have gone to the doctors and demanded steroids but it can lead to worse flare-ups in the future, Steroid cream thins the skin so the more you use the thinner your skin will before therefore the worse it will flare-up next time. As i said earlier luckily i won't have to bother with them again as I've taken Janets 14 day cure.
