Flying Can Be A Nightmare For Some
The sweaty palms, racing heart, absurd irrational thoughts, nausea, etc. We are in a lot of pain. Some of us won't even get on a plane.
Well, I'm hear to tell you that it is possible to overcome this fear of flying. And you don't need to rely on scotch or valium either.
You see panic attacks are something that can be treated, phobias can be worked through, naturally. And, I'm not talking about hours of expensive therapy either.
I've worked out my fear of flying by doing a lot of research on panic attacks and applying what I learned to my routine. Now, I don't even blink at getting on a plane. No worries whatsoever.
It wasn't always like that, I think my fear of flying began when I was little and watched a scary movie about a plane crash.
Ever since then I was what my friend like's to call a white knuckle flyer.

Whereas other areas of your brain are not functioning with enough power. You are in a word, unbalanced.
Here's how to overcome fear of flying, first off, you need to learn how to train your brain with a technique called The One Move Technique.
It's like a safety net for your brain. What this teaches you to do is move activity from your overloading midbrain into your logical forebrain. The forebrain is utterly logical and emotionless, cool as a cucumber.
There is only one program I know of that teaches The One Move Technique and it's called Panic Away. I highly recommend it.
It's such a cheap investment and you can use it for other situations too like giving a speech, or to calm yourself in crowded places.
Other things you can do to calm your nervous system are simple. You need to get out there and start doing some exercise.
Again, it's easy and cost effective. What you're doing is burning out your sympathetic nervous system so that you don't feel like a live wire. This is essential.
Also, focusing on a diet rich in fruits and vegetables will alkalize your body, further calming a hot nervous system.
Too much alcohol and/or caffiene are no no's as well because these will put your body into a state of heightened alert. They also burn up your serotonin, causing anxiety.
