Tips no.1

Research about the company

Imagine that you are trying to find a spouse that you want to live with in your entire life. Suddenly, you met one and immediately, you proposed to him/her. Will the person accept your proposal?

This can be applied to us. A person who doesn't research about the company he wants to work with is the same as a person who proposed on a date without knowing the person who is being proposed really is. The interview session is like a date and you have to impress your dating partner. One way to do that is by learning about your dating partner which is the company. By researching about the company, the interviewer will be impressed with your knowledge about the company and this will increase your possibility to get the job. It is better if you can relate your answers with the company so that the interviewer can see what role you can play in the company.

Tips no.2

Know your resume

Like writing an article, you should know what you're writing of. When people read an article, they might want to ask questions about it and if you aren't able to answer their questions because you don't know your writing enough, you might lose your respect and people trust on you will decline.

Same as your resume, you should know your resume well and not write them only for giving documents to the interviewers. Remember, that your resume is your achievement and proof. Interviewers might ask you about your resume. If you aren't able to answer it, you are losing much trust from the interviewer because you don't know yourself - which is depicted in your resume. Appreciate the fact that the resume is your own credibility and you should have significant knowledge about your own resume to really gain the interviewers trust.

Tips no.3

Dress, review and sleep

The three things to learn about

DRESS
- Dress are really important if you are going for an interview. In fact, dress are important in almost all occasions. Before going to an interview, find out about the dress code of the interview. After that, ask your parents, friends and other professionals about you dress. Is it too casual? Is it to catchy? You don't want to go to an interview and fail because of your dress. Prepare your dress the night before the interview and make sure it is in good shape. It is better if you have a spare in case there's an accident that can ruin your dress.

REVIEW THE QUESTIONS
- It is suicide to go to an interview without even knowing what kind of questions might be asked by the interviewer. Try to Google "interview questions" and learn some common question in an interview. You can also ask anyone who had gone to the interview of the company you are going to be interviewed so that you can at least know some specific questions that might be asked. Besides that, think of your own question and make sure that the question relates to the company. Compile all questions and try answering it.

SLEEP
- Interview might be terrifying but going to an interview without a good sleep is more terrifying. The night before the interview, sleep early and wake up early. Eat your breakfast ( if you have a morning interview ) and go for it. Avoid worrying too much! If you are worried, remember that you have choices. Either worry, feel bad about it and waste your time worrying or you can choose to relax, be confident and get the job.
