How to Put on Muscle

Who else wants to learn how to put on muscle in 3 simple (but powerful) steps? I will say one thing. I really wish I knew this stuff when I was first starting out. It would have saved me years of hard work for little to no returns. I have been a hard gainer my entire life. Here is something you should know before we get started:

Anyone can get ripped even if they are a hard gainer. The key is changing your approach to match your body type.

So if you're a hard gainer you have definitely come to the right place. Here's how to put on muscle...fast.

How to Put on Muscle in 2 Powerful Steps

1. Your Diet

Your diet is the foundation upon which you will build your muscle. If you do not have the right diet, you can work out as long as you want. You will never get any real returns.

Muscle needs 2 building blocks: protein and carbohydrates.

For your protein intake I highly recommend you begin taking protein shakes. They are way easier to consume compared to trying to fork down 4 steaks a day (and much healthier). You need to consume 1 gram of protein for every pound of your body weight.

Since your protein will be taken care of using protein shakes, you can use your meals to focus on consuming large amounts of carbohydrates.

2. Short and Intense

Your workouts should be short and intense. Most guys seem to believe that they need to spend hours in the gym in order to get big. That is a lie. In fact, your workouts should be less than 47 minutes. Anything longer and your body will begin releasing a stress hormone called cortisol. Once this happens you'll greatly reduce your gaining potential for that workout.

Keep the intensity up and make sure that your time intervals are between 30-60 seconds. This is how to put on muscle quickly.

If you want to cut through all the crap and really start building lots of muscle fast, then here is the program I used: No Nonsense Muscle Building

Vince Delmonte (the creator) is a male fitness model who's also just another hard gainer. If it wasn't for this guy's program, I would still be a skinny "boy" instead of strong and toned MAN.

That's the real secret. If you want to see how Vince transformed from a 149lb weakling to a 210lb fitness model, then go to the No Nonsense Muscle Building Website and scroll to the second paragraph.
