You will most likely lose more fat, if you sweat for at least an hour and increase intensity of exercises day by day. You must be aware, not to damage yourself during workout . If you do not like fitness, a one hour walkup the stairs at home daily will be better than nothing. The same is with doing squats and other exercises at home. - Losing weight is easier if you are healthy. I have found a good form of exercise though - climbing the stairs. I do enough floors to make me pant. Then rest for 3 minutes. Then do more floors. The interval workouts are better than marathons for those of us who can't do marathons.
