Experts recommend that you should create a daily deficit of 500 calories (2092 kJ), which means that every day you should eat a little less than usual and increase your physical activity. If you want to lose more fat you just need to eat less and spend more time in the gym. And what does this mean in practice? On the day you need eat from 1050 to 1200 calories (4393 to 5020 kJ) and spend at least one hour per day in the gym working out intensively. Like I said, if you want to lose weight quickly, exercise is no way you could avoid. You need to be physically active for at least one hour per day, which is seven hours a week. It is preferred doing as much cardio exercises as possible to speed up the heart rate which will increase energy consumption. Although you will lose more calories with the cardio exercise, you should not forget to do exercises for strength.

You will most likely lose more fat, if you sweat for at least an hour and increase intensity of exercises day by day. You must be aware, not to damage yourself during workout . If you do not like fitness, a one hour walkup the stairs at home daily will be better than nothing. The same is with doing squats and other exercises at home.     Losing 5 pounds isn't too difficult. It's when the weight really gets out of hand that things get spooky in the weight loss department. Nice lens and I like how you got the idea to write it.

    Losing weight is easier if you are healthy. I have found a good form of exercise though - climbing the stairs. I do enough floors to make me pant. Then rest for 3 minutes. Then do more floors. The interval workouts are better than marathons for those of us who can't do marathons.
