    I am sure the tips in the book are really helpful and work and I would be interested in reading about them. But really, the only source of cholestrol in the diet is animal products, meats and dairy, vegetables and grains have no cholestrol. Cut these out form your diet and you cut your cholestrol. its that simple. you also need exercise. thanks!
