Save on Income Tax and Make Extra Money

With the current economic distress the one hard lesson people are learning is the traditional definition of "being employed or "getting a job" means someone else is always going to be controlling your future, using you, telling you when you have to work , how much pay your worth, when you can spend time with your family, when you can go on vacation and as many people have unfortunately found out all to often these days they are easily thrown away even ones that have shown loyalty for decades of work when it suits the employers feel the need to do so.


Not only that as emplyment goes down taxes are going up literly hitting the "average person" when they are down,

Despite all these truths about traditional employment and tax hikes there are still people who just accept this as "the way life is". Alot are too set in their ways and too rigid minded that believe that the only true definition of a Job is the "traditional" definition and put up with all the chains that come with the pitfalls above. That is their choice though but it gives proof to another wise saying.


If you keep on doing the same things, taking the same actions and thinking the same thoughts, guess what you're going to get? The exact same results that you've got the time before and will continue to get every time after.

There are two basic ways of making money online Commission only or commission with residual income

Commission only is where you get paid once for any sale you personally make

Commissions with residual is where you get paid for making the initial sale.. Plus paid every time that sale reoccurs and also for any sales that you or your customers make in the future and any sales that your customers customers make

There are also two basic truths of making money online,

1. There is no quick fix , easy money or any other form of "magic" way to make money online or offline no matter what anyone tells you.

2. Unless your working for someone else as a paid employee. EVERYTHING else requires some effort be put into get people to join or "buy" something..

There is a old saying though "work smarter not harder" I will try to explain what that means with this example.

Ask yourself this question.. Say you were in the business of selling / promoting a widget which is very common consumable product in this day and age.

Senario 1

Would you like to work your butt off and get referrals (make sales) only to get paid on that sale of that widget once and only for work that you do "personally" ?

OR

For the EXACT same amount of work and effort would you rather get paid the same
as in scenario one but also get..

Paid every month that same person buys the widget

Also get paid commission for the widget sales your "staff" (referrals) make (just retail store)

An get paid for the widget sales your staff's staff make. etc etc etc

In scenario one you do all that work to sell the widget then it ends. You have to put more work into selling another but if you ever stop putting work in to selling widgets you cash flow stops as well.

Scenario 2 takes all those "sales" you would have made anyways and puts them to more efficient use. At some point you will be making enough residual income form your staff. That even if you do stop you cash flow will not only continue but grow with your staff. The choice then becomes not that you have to sell widgets or your money stops. But you choose to to show others the power of residual income.

So which scenario do you think gives you're the better ROI and best fits the saying " work smarter not harder" ? The answer is solely up to you

I have been in the industry for a while now and looked into many successful large international companies which base their business on the independent sales/marketing contractor business model and all of them at least appear to be very expensive when compared to standard commercial products/ services and they seem come up with complicated "company friendly" pay plans that are really hard for the "average" person to achieve. This is one of the main reasons there are alot of drop outs in the industry

To answer the question on what to look for It is important you remember these three important points,

1 A "reasonably priced quality product or service" (something priced at least close to the the same way as if you were to buy it a normal store)

2 They have quality consumable product or service. ( I have run into products /services in the past that even I didn't want to use)

3 The pay plan isn't complicated and has a good balance of direct and residual commission and very few requirements to receive this commission. (This is were most companies I have looked into fail BIG TIME)
