Follow This Game Plan and You'll Be Beach Body Ready In No Time
So the rays are shining, the beaches are packed and your ready to hit them and so you need to know how to slim down for the summer. Hanging up that 1 piece for a 2 piece or those baggy cargo shorts for the surfer shorts with the "V" midsection is a goal that certainly can be attained. It really just depends on how much you really want it. Anything is possible if you put enough focus and energy to one particular interest, isn't it? In this article I will share the two most important subjects of making this aspiration a reality. Your Diet and Fitness.

First of all, lets just get this out the way, if your looking for magic pills and potions you've come to the wrong place. While there are some fat burning pills that might work for the most part you will receive VERY temporary results and as soon as you stop taking pills (that cost $100/month) that fat comes right back. So we're gonna discuss more long term options so that fat never comes back. In fact the title of this should not even be "How to Slim Down for the Summer". Once you take the tips I give you you'll never want to go back to carrying around all that extra blubber! Lets get started...
Goals: Where You Are In Relation To Where You Want To Be
1) Obviously you want to have a goal in mind, this is uber important! Write it down, put it on your bathroom mirror and be SPECIFIC! Also tell 3 people so you have someone to answer to. I think most of you get this but most of us never do it. Just understand that if you don't write down your goals don't blame me when these tips don't work.

2) Eat small meals all day. What most people do is they skip breakfast and then have these huge lunches and dinners. Your body is like a furnace. Add a little coal at a time and you get a steady consistent burn that goes on forever but if you add 2 big clumps a day it will not be and a lot of time will not even be working.

3) Fitness: What, didn't think you'd have to? If you want to burn the most fat in the least amount of time, you do. If you really want to learn how to slim down for the summer you absolutely have to do this part. But stay out of the gym! Get outside, the gym is filled with people who are kind of lazy. They have good intentions but if your reading a magazine or book on the treadmill or waiting for a machine your not getting the best benefits of working out. Do Plyometrics, just go to YouTube and there are 100's of videos on Plyometrics. They are EXTREME fat burning workouts and will have you toned in no time. Also incorporate workout bands. Go to Walmart, they're like $15. Again go to YouTube and you'll find tons of workouts.

4) Now even after your eating right and working out there is still going to be that stubborn fat thats stuck to your insides like paste that won't go no matter what. There is one DEFINITE way of getting rid of this. Go to a site called Top Secret Fat Loss Secret

So there it is, I never said this was going to be easy but this is exactly what I did and my before and after pics are proof positive that this works. If you really ready to slim down for the summer you'll take this advice and run with it! Do this program and I guarantee you will be ready for the summer and again the best part is once your stripped of all that FAT, you'll never want to go back!
