    Yes, I have, and I especially enjoyed your starting-a-fire-with-your-cell-phone even if the darn thing won't get you in touch with help. Like your survival guides a lot -- most people don't get enough experience out in the "wilds" to build up the necessary knowledge.

    Yes, Fine steel wool and a 9 volt battery are an instant fire. Just rub both poles of the battery on the steel wool and up in flames. It burns fast and hot so have your kindling and wood ready.

    You shared some great stuff here, I have taken several survival classes and there are some fire starting methods here that I don't think they even know about. Thanks
