-If your body is going to sweat, then it has 20 seconds to do so.
-If you are going to become dizzy, then it has 20 seconds to do so.
-If your going faint - it only has 20 seconds! But absolutely no more time than that.
Are you getting it?
Simply setting up the time frame gives you the control over the panic attack.
