To avoid panic attack... I use a completely new system called PANIC AWAY. Very few people have heard about it. This great system is teaching you how to avoid panic attack without any medication! If you suffer from panick attack like me, then you know how scary it can be...

You feel like you can't breathe, you have nausea and chest pains and you may experience numbness or tingling in your arms and legs. A full blown panic attack will make you think that you are dying. That is why it's only natural for people with panic disorder to want to stay away from situations that cause anxiety. That is why a lot of people with panic disorder will develop agoraphobia-that is an anxiety disorder. They will become unable to leave their homes.

How to avoid panic attack

What is panic attack?

No one knows for sure what causes panic attack . It could be a stressful situation, an illness or a traumatic event that occurred in the past. But whatever the cause, you need to learn how to avoid panic attack if you hope to live a normal life.

The first thing you should do is talk to your doctor. Tell him what is going on. He may be able to prescribe medication that will help you. If he recommends that you talk to a therapist, by all means, do it. Therapy can help you discover exactly what is causing the anxiety and it can help you overcome it.

Getting plenty of exercise can help prevent anxiety attacks from happening. Use yoga and cardio exercises to deal with your anxiety disorder. Getting enough sleep will help also. You should try to get at least eight hours of uninterrupted sleep each night. It is best to sleep in total darkness. This will enhance the production of melatonin and provide you with a more restful sleep.

Meditation and visualization can go a long way in reducing panic attacks. Learn deep breathing and relaxation techniques. When you start to feel anxiety, use these techniques to fend off an attack. Visualization will help also. When you start to feel stressed, visualize a place or an object that makes you feel relaxed.

If these methods are not effective enough for you, try acupuncture. The art of acupuncture has been known to cure everything from a common headache to anxiety disorder. If you want to learn how to avoid panic attack, acupuncture has become more popular in recent years and studies are starting to reflect the effectiveness of it.

The important thing is START NOW. Don't let your attacks get worse. Finding the cure starts with this lens... and YOU have to START NOW

Just remember to stay away from drugs and alcohol. Self-medicating will only make things worse. It can also become very dangerous!

How humour can cure your panic attacks: use humour therapy!

Nine... yes... 9 good reasons to laugh panic-anxiety attacks to kingdom come:

  • Laughter helps fight off disease by boosting the body's production of white blood cells.

  • Shortly after laughing, blood pressure decreases, heart rate and respiration slow down, and muscles relax.

  • Laughter may cause the brain to release endorphins, the same stress reducers that are triggered by exercise.

  • Laughter stimulates the brain into greater alertness, enhancing memory and sociability.

  • People are better able to solve problems, think more clearly, and see consequences of their decisions after watching and experiencing comedy.

  • People who use humors have fewer symptoms of fatigue, tension, anger, depression, and confusion experience stress.

  • It's not engaging in humour but also the "anticipation" of humour that has stress-reducing benefits.

  • People who are encouraged and taught to use humour can gain a sense of control in their lives.

  • Humour reduces anxiety better than other kinds of distractions !
