Let's begin this story with a statement of fact. The way to stop panic attacks is by losing the "fear" of them.

Yes, it is that simple. It will be simple for you, also, if you take certain steps.

That said, I'll illustrate for you what happened to me.

I'm glad to say that I only "remember" the scourge of panic attacks. I figured out how to stop panic attacks, and once you know how, they can't come back!

You can be rid of this horrible disorder, too! It's not your fault AND it's easy to cure. Please read on.

I only remember them. I no longer experience them. For me, there is no fear anymore. For me, they are gone forever! I had struggled with panic attacks and anxiety for SIX YEARS before I, all at once, literally, just "let go" of them.

Of course I still had anxiety. All of us do and our anxiety levels move up and down. It's just that normal people don't start getting anxious, and have it rise to epic proportions, making them think they might be crazy! That's on top of being scared.

Before I get into the story, I want to say that figuring out how to stop panic attacks was the most important thing in my life at the time. I just wanted them gone!

Besides that, I was concerned about them AND I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to break free from these attacks...these malevolent events that felt like psychotic breakdowns.

I imagined the panic attack as an "evil entity". An entity that was out to get me. And, so far, it was winning!

Eventually, I saw the last of the panic attacks come into my space, and, unable to grow and gain strength, incapable of getting traction, give up and go away! For Good. That was one of the best days of my life.

It happened all at once.

What a moment! It seemed so real that I can recall it like a favorite story.

Let me give you a quick rundown of the LAST TIME a panic attack tried to take me over.

I was sitting in my car at a red light. Suddenly I felt the fear that a panic attack would start when I got to my meeting.

I was sick of meetings but they were a necessary part of my business. Meetings were real trouble for me. I'd had panic attacks in meetings before and there was always the chance that it would occur again.

I was always worried that, at one of these meetings, my face would turn red, break into a sweat, and, unable to think clearly, I'd have to make an excuse to get out of there right away. It had happened before, it would probably occur again, and I couldn't get that thought, the "fear" of a panic attack occurring, out of my mind.

All of a sudden I could sense that the panic attack was just forming into it's heinous self, right behind me, in the back seat. I started to panic.

Something sort of came over me. I decided I wasn't afraid. And, for the first time, I had no fear. Plus I was angry. I wasn't going to put up with it anymore!

I shouted at it. It was something like "I'm not afraid of you now! You are through here. Get out and never come back!" I mentally "pushed" it out of the car.

And that was it, just like that. No more panic attacks.

There were six years and a thousand occurrences before this that brought me to this "one move" that day in the car.

So, to finish the story about that time when panic attacks stopped for me, the light turned green, and as I pulled away, I could see, in my minds eye, the "evil entity" being run down by the other cars behind me!

Does this sound crazy to you? I think it might sound pretty weird to me if it hadn't happened to me! Most of the thoughts that race through your mind during a panic attack have a sort of crazy feel to them, and that's what makes it all so frightening.

And, as you now know, the fearful thought of a panic attack is what causes them to occur.

So it boils down to getting rid of the fear! After that the panic attacks are gone!

Now this process of becoming unafraid took me six years! It won't take you anywhere near that long once you see the method.

You can do it a LOT quicker and you can start right now. It can happen fast!

You can toss panic attacks right out of your life!
