(WHO,2001) 6 million reside in the USA. and 3 million in Canada. 1 in 5 Canadians are absent for work due to a mental health related problem and in Canada it is the number 1 cause of workplace disability. 22% of Canadians are diagnosed with Anxiety Disorders.
The above are just reported statistics. What about the many more who do not visit their family doctor about this problem or quietly leave work on another diagnosis like burnout or other physical conditions which if investigated further could show Anxiety as co-morbid condition.

STOP Panic Attack Completely!
Western Medicine, has not found a cause or a cure for Panic Attack. The medications given for panic attack are SSRI (Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors) and Benzotrophines all of which have side-effects. Remember these medications are not a cure, they only relieve the symptoms temporarily. The other treatment commonly use in combination with the medication is psychotherapy. Just a some notes here, panic disorder is when someone have more than two panic attacks in a lifetime. - Good job on the lens! I think Panic Disorder is worse because it can be chronic and interfere with everyday life but both would be very difficult to experience on a regular basis.
