4 Proven Ways to Trim Your Thighs Effectively
One of the age long questions that most of us women ask ourselves during the spring season is "how am I going to trim my thighs to look great this summer?!" Here are some simple suggestions to achieving your goals:
Target Exercises

1. It is great to do target exercises to trim down your thighs. Leg and buttocks exercises will get the muscles working and start firming up though's thighs. Be certain to do these exercises every other day because when you work your legs or your arms it secretes an acid in your body to the targeted muscles. When this happens, it actually is tearing down the muscle and it takes 24 hours to firm the muscle back up again! Your stomach muscles are different though, you can work them every day and it will just make them stronger. To help trim up your thighs, do leg and buttocks targeting exercises.

2. Pilates is another wonderful way to exercise to trim up the thighs. If you have ever watched someone on TV do these exercises they look like the exercises wouldn't do much, but the exact opposite is true. Pilates was actually invented to be an exercise for injured dancers (and we know how trim their thighs are!) So even though it is a very precise movement type of exercise, you will see extraordinary results when done correctly and habitually. And Pilates are great for all body types and weights. Almost anyone who does Pilates will see results to trim up their thighs (and the rest of your body) in a short period of time! Eat More FAT!

3. That's right, you heard me. Eat more fat! But it has to be the right fat and calories. I am not talking about donuts, lattes and burgers. Instead look for more healthy options and make the fat and calories work for you!Instead of the donut, try a whole grain apple bran muffin with a hot cup of green tea. This will give you the fiber your body needs and the antioxidants to boost your immune system. Also, green tea helps to stop the enzymes that turn food into fat in your body!
Instead of the burger try a spinach salad with avocado and flaxseeds sprinkled on top; for a dressing use some extra virgin olive oil mixed with balsamic vinegar. These will give you the "good" fat your body craves. Spinach will give you energy and stamina (to do the exercises in step 1 and 2 to trim up your thighs). Avocado will raise your serotonin levels which keep your mood up. The olive oil and flaxseeds will help protect your cells and the vinegar will help you feel full.
Be Honest with Yourself

4. Are you really doing and taking action in getting the results you want or are you just sitting and thinking about them? Remember the old saying "Like begets Like". If you are just sitting, you will just keep gaining and getting more tired. If you get up and get moving you will get more energy and start losing the extra weight.
