So girls its time to get those mirrors out and all glamed up.You are going to look sensational.

How To Wear Makeup Like A Model Steps 1 - 9

1. Apply your moisturising cream leave it to dry into your skin for a few minutes then apply a concealer that is one shade lighter than your foundation, dot it on over any blemishes you may have or under eye-circles and blend with your fingertips in circular motion or u could use a makeup sponge, if your concealer tends to cake apply eye cream first.

2. Choose a foundation that matches your skin tone, apply it in dots over the central part of your face then blend it out with your foundation brush until it has covered your entire face.

3. Apply loose powder to keep foundation and concealer on longer and this also takes away the shine on your face from your foundation and you can use this powder as a touch up when your away from home.

4. Eyebrows normally come next, i would recommend that you use eye shadow on your eyebrows instead of pencil which makes the brow look more natural and you can use either black or brown whichever suits your skin tone, apply with a hard ,slanted brush and just work around the shape of your brow.

5. Apply your eyeshadow,
Pick your eye shadow colours Choose a light... medium and dark shade of the same family, the lighter shade is for the lid, the medium colour is for the crease and the darker colour is for the lash line.
Your shape If you have round eyes and sockets concentrate the shadow on the outer edges but dont go 80's and do a cat eye. You want a crescent shape.
For those with less of a crease, blend the medium shade across the eye creating a deeper crease.
For almond- shaped eyes, keep the medium tone near the lash line.
The medium eye shadow After applying a thin layer of foundation or eye shadow base, place the medium coloured shadow into your crease, with your brush blend back amd forth.
The light eye shadow Using your brush place shadow onto the lid under the crease shadow and all the way to the lash line.
The dark eye shadow With a flat shadow brush, line your eyes with the darkest shade and blend it in.

6. Apply eyeliner, you have two choices here you can use eyeliner with a damp thin liner brush or you can also use an eyeliner pencil and line the lower lid below the lashes, line all the way across the upper lid just above the lash line and as close to the lashes as possible or you could start the line where your lashes begin.

7. Apply the blusher and again make sure your blusher is a suitable tone that blends in with your foundation, smile to find the apple of your cheeks and apply blush to the apples or below, whichever you prefer.

8. Apply mascara to your upper and lower lashes in two thin coats to avoid clumpiness, choose brown mascara if your colouring is fair or black mascara if your a darker colouring or you could try a coloured mascara such as navy or plum for fun but dont go to bright if you want to be taken seriously.

9. Choose a lipstick colour that suits your skin tone and thats perfect for your everyday look, or a nice shiny lipgloss, whichever you prefer.
