How to you permantly take the yellow out of bleached hair?

Ok, so I have had bleached hair for a while. And its not yellow out but its not as whitish blonde as it used to be, It doesnt match my extensions that well anymore . I have been putting silver toner in (one where you leave in for half an hour) and that works, but then after a couple of washes it keeps going back yellowish. What should I do? Get it bleached again?

My hair isnt damaged btw, its in pretty good condition even though I've bleached it twice and dyed it lots of other colours
