If you have been much around on the net, you already have realized that there is a big problem on the internet. There is far too much information, mysterious and overwhelming content circulating on the net that can be useful or utter rubbish.

You want to choose a site concept that:
- Is not too broad. Why? because a very broad site concept will be too competitive, will drain you and is hard to attract targeted visitors.
- Is not too narrow. Your site concept must have reasonable number of people who are actively looking for that information.
- You know and are confident about. You must choose a site concept that brings the

That is not what we are going to do here.
We are not going to decide on which monetization model to use.
At this stage, It is still too early to decide upon that.
Instead, what we want to do is:
- Be able to identify and understand different ways that you can convert your targeted customers into monetary terms.
- Understand how you can be able to mold your theme concept to fit with your monetization models.
The bottom line is that you want to learn how to build a website that is well diversified in terms of it's monetization options.

You need to attract a stream of presold traffic visiting your web site, lens or blog.

It fun to look for key word but also time consuming. If a person has one niche its easier than having several. Its fun to see unique names that stand out that would never be found by search engines like PotPieGirl or PepperJam. We just built our first lense which has good content but didn't spend enough time on keywords, working on a niche.
