3 Important Tips to increase vocal range

You must read before you force out another note...

1. Take a nice good breath before you get to that note, its mandatory to have enough wind support

2. Relax your tongue on the bottom row of your teeth, this helps to open the vocal chords

3. Replace the words to the song with the words "nay" or "gug", its seems weird at first but when you feel the difference you won't mind

What Not To Do To Increase Vocal Range

Don't do these so your range will increase!!!!

Very important, you DO NOT PUSH OR FORCE THE NOTE OUT, this can damage your vocal chords or even make you sound strained!!!

Don't squeeze or tighten your diaphragm, this causes you to tighten the muscles in your throat. With tight muscles your vocal chords will be closed, and this can make your voice crack and can also make you sing off key.

Is It Too Hard To Increase Vocal Range?

Read on....

Why does singing high notes and increasing range seem so hard? There are tons of vocal coaches out there, but still 99% of singers fall apart once they try to reach the high registers.

To increase your range you have to learn how to coordinate the muscles that allows you to sing in head voice and mixed voice. In order to coordinate those muscles you have to practice your vocal exercises. If you keep practicing you will teach your voice to automatically coordinate from mixed to head voice easily.
