Physical activities six weeks after Birth start walking around neighborhood,you can join Pilates lessons with professional instructor. My conclusion : burning calories by aerobic activities and make the Core muscles stronger,high adrenalin and vitality.

Stop eating low fiber food and white bread,Green leaves and vegetables got high priority.My conclusion : the combination of high fiber and water made better metabolism significantly!!

Discover The water...Drink lots of water ,many times you have heard about the importance of water drinking ,60% of our body contain water blood pressure ,skin and metabolism have direct correlation to level of water in blood and digestive system.My conclusion : a glass of water is must when waking up,every hour drink 1 glass minimum 10 glasses/day.
