First off we must start with the basics. Having strong and healthy teeth only furthers the potential for whiter teeth. Even when you do use the product, brushing with a fluoride based toothpaste will be essential.Always drink water daily, gargling it at every opportunity. You'd be surprised at how many people never drink water at all, only coffee,teas and soft drinks. These all contribute I'm afraid ladies (and gents) to plaque and tartar formation.
Eat lots of fruit like the vitamin c rich citrus fruits which naturally include a bleaching agent. Drinking milk with its calcium and vitamin d properties will lead to stronger teeth too, especially strengthening the enamel!
COOL NEW TIP: Scrap your tongue lightly with a semi blunt object to get rid of bad breath...you heard it here first!
COOL NEW TIP #2: Rubbing Crushed Strawberries and whole Banana Peels into teeth and gums is supposed to have amazing properties! SSSHHHH!!

The product I used (which i got as a free trial) consisted of....(drum roll please) cotton swabs containing a revolutionary liquid forumula and a special powder on the side
This powder consisted of stabilized Magnesium Peroxide (whitener) and Aluminum Trihydroxide (polisher).
Combining these together, I used one swab for my upper set and another for my lower, and lightly dabbed. All in all a very simple 2 minute process!
The Results:
Within mere days my teeth were whitened to the point of snow (we do get a lot of it here in Maine) and NO DAMAGE HAD BEEN DONE TO MY ENAMEL.
I only stress this because I had once dabbled with baking soda and found that it mercilessly eroded my enamel. A blue tinge believe it or not always was kinda visible...just what i wanted!!!Not!
But hey live and learn
