Howl's Moving Castle, my favorite anime movie!

Howl's Moving Castle is my favorite anime movie which happens to be by Hayao Miyazaki. Miyazaki has made many anime movies such as Princess Mononoke and Spirited Away. It is based on an interesting book of the same name by Diana Wynne Jones.

It is hard to describe the story, but basically Howl is a sorceror with a moving castle who has problems and tries to avoid conflict. Sophie is a young woman who ends up getting cursed with the body of an old woman and then  ends up in his moving castle with Howl thinking of her as an old woman...  it sounds weird, but I really loved this movie.

The movie of the same name was based off of this book by Diana Wynne-Jones. It is a little different than the movie, but if you loved the movie, you'll likely love the book as well. There's also a second book.

What do you think of Howl's Moving Castle?

yes howl is sooo hot. i got so burned. 4th degree! Miyazaki is great and anyone who liked Howl's might also want to see Spirited away which won an Academy for best animation, if i were not mistaken. I love christian bale's voice as howl.
I was hoping the sequel, House of Many Doors would also come out as a film.
This inspires me to write my own fantasy fictional book---

Well, the Howl's Moving Castle movie wasn't too great. I mean, it had wonderfully drawn characters (Howl's a hottie!!)and beautiful music, but the story DID NOT MAKE SENSE TO ME!
