How I Lost 20 Pounds and How I'll Help You Lose The Same, At Least! 

Do you want to know the secret of how to lose weight fast? Follow me, earlier this year I lost 20 pounds. Now I am starting a new journey to lose another 16 pounds.  I will be using the same Mind Control Method I used earlier but with some important refinements which will make it work even better.

As I said I already lost 20 pounds. My overall goal was 30 pounds, but I took a break in the middle to allow my body time to adjust and get used to being lighter. During the 3 month break I put on 5 pounds. But my weight has now stabalised at 16 pounds lighter than when I originally started.

What's great is that I have lost 16 pounds and kept it off. Now I'm shooting to lose another 15 pounds.

I believe in a steady approach which minimises the pain of losing weight. I also believe that it is very important to enjoy the process. There will be really good rewards along the way. I'll make them good because I want to enjoy them myself. Besides, the time will pass quickly when we're working together and having fun.

This way we won't do anything silly and harm our bodies by making them change at a rate which will upset out metabolisms.

You know what they say: "fast off, fast on again." And, of course, it's true because when you lose weight too fast your body starts to crave food and the moment you stop your silly diet you stuff yourself.

Let's be sensible here, we have time because we know that the end result is going to be excellent.

Self Control 

The most difficult point about losing weight is controlling your desire to eat.

To lose weight you need to take on fewer calories. The moment you start to do this hunger strikes.

Hunger is designed to be very demanding. It asserts itself and makes your body say "feed me."

When hunger pangs strike you need strong will power to fight back and not give in to temptation.

That is were a good NLP based technique like my Advanced Positive Self Control Method becomes invaluable.

I had to lose weight because my cholesterol levels were diagnosed to be too high.

My actions were, I expect, fairly typical:

I bought a diet book, which I didn't read.

I cut a diet menu out of the newspaper which I never started.

Then I decided I had to get serious so I started to eat less. That was a painful experience. In two days I was attacked by hunger.

I developed serious food cravings, something I had never experienced before. It was horrible.

There had to be a better way. That was when I decided to use my NLP training to invent my own method of managing my feelings and develop self control without all the pain and aggravation.

10 Big Mistakes People Make When They Want To Lose Weight 

1. They starve themselves, so they get hungry. What happens when you get hungry? Your body demands food, so you eat a lot. What happens when you eat a lot? You put on weight.

Tip, don't starve yourself. I will show you how to lose weight without constant hunger.

2. They fail to set a New Weight Goal. If you don't know what weight you're shooting for, how will you know when your weight loss campaign has succeeded?

3. They reward themselves for weight loss improvements with food treats. Enough said!

4. They focus too strongly on themselves. They become obsessed with what they are doing. We won't make that mistake will we?

5. They allow themselves to become impatient. They look at the scales in the morning and tell themselves: "I'm the same weight as yesterday; this isn't working. Might as well give up."

6. When they have a "lapse" they use it as an excuse to give up completely.

7. They lack motivation and steely resolve to keep going.

8. They rely on outside agents like pills and potions.

9. They start too fast, get good results initially and then the effort tails off.

10. They suffer alone.

We won't do any of these things. We'll know exactly what we're setting out to achieve, we'll eat regularly and sensibly, we'll be well motivated and we'll enjoy the whole process.
