Camtasia Music Plugins

Applying camtasia music to your videos is actually easy to do but before we start browsing the internet for music and downloading them for you to drag and drop on your timeline, we have to know what's hot and what's not.

Although any music can be used as a background intro or a cool ending for a video, if you are looking to create good presentation or a tutorial, you have to be professional. You have to know that not all cool and popular music would make your video a better video than the others.

Camtasia Music Tips

Know the difference

1. It is not advisable to use pop music as a background because only the amateurs use them. This would not just make your video look cheaper it may also be violating the federal law against using unauthorized music, you should be aware of that.

2. Start and end your videos with royalty free music, this would add a "Proffesional Studio" feel on your presentation.

3. Choose unique tracks or original songs composed from television networks such as: TSN (The Sports Network), The History Channel, Discovery, local cable channels, networks, and the likes.

4. Choose royaly music downloads that are compiled or in one package such as Producers pack 3, this would actually save you time and money rather than downloading individual tracks.

5. Never use downlaodable free midi files, i'm sure you don't want your presentation to sound like a computer game from 1970's use Royalty free music instead, it takes away static crackles, awkward pauses, throat clearings and unecessary background voices.

How to add the Music File

plugging in music to your videos
